Results Policy

URGENT RESULTS: Immediate contact attempts are made for urgent results. If unsuccessful, a letter is sent to the patient’s address.

NON-URGENT RESULTS: Patients are contacted via phone for non-urgent results. If contact is unsuccessful, a letter is sent to the patient’s address.

Late Cancellation & Missed appointment Policy

At GP Skin Co, we value your time. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate all our clients efficiently, we have instituted the following late cancellation and missed appointment policy:

Late Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.

Missed Appointments:

In the event of a missed appointment without prior notification or failure to arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a “no-show.”


Late Cancellation Fee: There will be an $80 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Missed Appointment Fee (No-Show): A fee will be applied for missed appointments or no-shows, starting at a minimum of $80.00 and subject to increase depending on the booked service.

Late cancellation and missed appointment fees are to be settled prior to booking any future appointments with us.
