Dr Amelia Lambers has excellent qualifications in skin cancer medicine, skin cancer surgery and dermatology. She is an experienced and compassionate doctor who believes in using world-leading skin cancer technology in providing optimal care.
In addition to the photography of your skin, she thoroughly examines your body from head to toe with a dermatoscope. She provides her patients with a copy of the plan and discusses whether monitoring or a biopsy of the suspected skin cancer is required. This allows her to keep a timeline of your skin and compare any growth with her yearly skin checks. You can be rest assured in Dr Lambers thorough care.
She has been invited to join prestigious plastic surgeons to assist with complex skin cancer procedures at SJOG Hospital Subiaco. She is a distinguished Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and a registered practitioner with the Medical Board of Australia. She has also completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. Along with an Honours degree at the Royal Women’s Hospital, Victoria. This is a testament to her dedication and ambition in providing the best care to her patients.
Dr Lambers is a country doctor that has moved to Perth for her husband’s surgical fellowship. Outside of medicine she is a loving mum and wife. She loves yoga, meditation and cuddling her two Groodles! Dr Lambers looks forward to meeting you 🙂
